3. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

Appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking channels available on our website or through direct communication with our team.
Clients are responsible for:
- arriving on time
- providing accurate booking information
- informing staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before treatment
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while full service charges may still apply.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may become non-refundable.
Completed services, redeemed gift cards, memberships, promotional packages, and used sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

6. GIFT CARDS
